	Installation

	All old gutter is to be carefully removed where Applicable. Check Substrate for soundness. Roll form gutter length as required, push on and crimp stop ends carefully seal with silicone sealant (Dow Corning 791 low modulus silicone sealant (or similar approved). Punch out holes in base of gutter to suit position of down pipe. Fit internal self finish Aluminium gutter brackets inside gutter at 600 mm centres or less. Carefully lift gutter on to fascia and fix with stainless steel screws or bright zinc screws.

The use of twist nails is not permitted.
Other types of fixing may be necessary when building has no fascia.

Position 90 degree mitre corner covers and rivet to gutter. Seal internally with with approved silicone sealant.

Connect the gutter to the down pipe by fitting a leaf trap seal with approved silicone sealant.
Special angles are hand cut and the two halves joined together with rivets and sealed internally.

The Machine

Are carefully constructed roll forming machines that from the gutter by passing the Aluminium coil over a series of shaped rollers and guides allowing a continuous gutter to be formed that is both pleasing in appearance and practical in use.
The gutter is formed at a rate of 10mts per minute

The Metal

Is .7 mm gauge Aluminium coil 300 mm wide and approximately 200 metres in length with a primer and polyester paint finish on both sides The finish is generally black on one side and white in the other. Other colours are available but may be to special order.
Hydrocoat Coil-Coated Aluminium Alloy Coil is used. This product has been tested and approved by the British board of Agreement and holds certificate No93/2918

The decorative life of these materials is at least 20 years
In less aggressive environments an ultimate life of 30 years might be expected

Stopend

Mechanically formed using materials as detailed above.

Gutter bracket

Extruded Aluminium heavy gauge fitted internally to preserve the smooth gutter line

Leaf Trap

Fitted into the hole outlet position joining the gutter and pipe together. Also prevents debris from entering the down pipe.
